Aeroworx Apps ("we," "us," or "our" - trading as 1D Aerobatics Pty Ltd) operates the MiningTix mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of the safety professionals and miners who use our App. This policy explains how we handle information within the App.

1. Information Collection and Use

MiningTix is a productivity tool designed to help users manage MSHA 30 CFR Part 46/48 training compliance. To provide these services, the App processes the following information:

  • Personnel Information: Names, Employee IDs, Dates of Birth, and Company/Site affiliations of miners.

  • Signatures: Digital signatures of trainees and instructors for the purpose of validating MSHA 5000-23 forms.

  • Training Records: Dates, subjects completed, and task-specific training history.

2. Local Data Storage (Off-Cloud)

All personnel data, signatures, and training records are stored locally on your device.

  • We do not operate central servers that store your miners' personal information.

  • We do not have access to your database, your generated PDFs, or your signature files.

3. Data Security

We take the security of sensitive compliance data seriously

  • Encryption at Rest: The App's database is encrypted using industry-standard SQLCipher.

  • Secure Storage: The encryption keys are managed by the operating system's secure storage (Keystore for Android).

4. Data Sharing and Transfer

User-Initiated Sharing: Data only leaves your device when you explicitly choose to "Share," "Export," or "Backup" your records (e.g., sending a PDF via email or exporting a ZIP file to your own cloud storage).

No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share any data collected within the App with third parties for marketing or any other purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services which may collect information used to identify you:

Google Play Services: Used for App updates and core functionality.

Google Play In-App Purchases: Used to manage Pro subscriptions. Payment information is handled securely by Google; we do not store your credit card details.

6. Data Deletion

Users have full control over their data.

•Manual Deletion: You can delete individual workers or records at any time.

•Factory Reset: The App includes a "Wipe Everything" feature in the Settings menu that permanently deletes the local database, all signatures, and all generated files from the device.

7. Compliance with US Law

This App is designed to assist with MSHA (Mine Safety and Health Administration) record-keeping. The user remains responsible for ensuring that their use of the App and their handling of exported records complies with MSHA regulations and company privacy policies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App's store listing.
